Charlie Fiser

Why do you want to serve on the Board of Directors? I have lived in The Conservatory for five years. I retired from the telecommunications industry in September 2021, with my main responsibility being OSHA statistics for the safety department. My educational background is in Accounting. I have been the treasurer for the Conservatory for 2 years. I have also served as the Treasurer of my church for over 30 years.
I enjoyed my first term as the treasurer of The Conservatory at the Plains HOA. I believe in transparency between the HOA and its community, particularly in finances This is a great community, and our HOA Board is responsive to community concerns and always seeking ways to improve communication and streamline processes. Although it's not always an easy task, that is always my goal.

Why do you want to serve on the Board of Directors? As a retired Army veteran and long-time resident of the community, I am passionate about fostering a strong, transparent, and engaged neighborhood. With a business degree from Grand Canyon University and years of volunteer experience with veteran organizations, I am committed to serving others and ensuring fiscal responsibility. My goal as a member of the HOA Board of Directors is to enhance community development while promoting clear communication between residents and the board. Recently honored as a Kentucky Colonel, in recognition for my dedication to the veteran and local community, I bring leadership, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility to this role. I am excited to give back to the community by helping create an inclusive and vibrant neighborhood for all.
Jerry Ostermiller
Resident of the Conservatory: 9.5 years.
Why do you want to serve on the Board of Directors? I love living in the Conservatory and have met a lot of wonderful people in the community. I was an entrepreneur for 44 years, having started and owned several businesses. In 2003, I established my last business from scratch, All American Trailers in Commerce City, and built it to become one of the largest trailer dealerships in Colorado. I sold it in December 2022 and finally retired. I’m now ready to use my extensive business and financial management experience in serving someplace where I can make a difference. Conservatory is my home and I believe I can certainly make a difference here by serving this great community on the HOA board.
