Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my pool access?

POOL ACCESS is by key card or registered cell phone.

The HOA has made upgrades and purchased software that will allow owners to access the pool via a cell phone rather than having to use the key card. Keys cards will continue to be used as well. This system will also be used when the clubhouse is available for rentals.

If you do not have a key card or Cell App Access, you can stop by the Community Center during business hours every Thursday from 1 PM to 5 PM or contact theconservatory@amihoa.com.

In response to some residents who have not received their new electronic key card for the pool because of the limited office hours at the community center, the Board of Directors has instructed the management company to offer mail delivery of the key cards and email inquiries about cell access.
Residents may be requested to provide proof of ownership, address, complete any required forms and be current on their account.
Tenants must work through the owner of the property and have them complete the Delegation of Rights Enjoyment form.

What are the management company's onsite business hours?
A representative from the management company will be available at the Community Center located at 2665 S. Jebel Way from 1 PM until 5 PM every Thursday afternoon.
