Planning Ahead
We all look forward to life returning to normal and the association is looking at how that will impact our clubhouse and pool operations.
There was discussion on the complete reopening of the clubhouse. We reviewed the rental contract, the cleaning operations, implementation of the new clubhouse security/entry systems and logistics for resuming private events.
Homeowners will be advised when the clubhouse will be available for rent.
Thank you, homeowners! Over 400 forms for cell phone gate access have been received.
In March we will focus on the pool and our vendor, Front Range Recreation will attend.
A draft of the updated Board Members Code of Conduct/Social Media Policy was discussed and the Association’s counsel advised the board of its importance and answered questions.
The Communications committee is preparing a homeowner survey to judge interest in future enhancements and capital improvements. Watch for it in March.
The board engaged a project manager to study the feasibility of an electronic sign.
Reflecting on 2021
