Thank you for being patient while we work together to make improvements.
It can be a challenge to work through change, but both AMI and the Conservatory Board of Directors are available to help and answer questions and resolve specific homeowner’s situations. Please understand that social media is not the platform for help. Please bring your concerns directly to our management company at theconservatory@amihoa.com or use the general request option on the AMI Portal or message using the Contact Us option on our website.
We anticipate by the end of the month all homeowner account statements will be migrated to the AMI Portal.
You can help by ensuring any auto payment method you had in place is changed. You may need to make a one-time payment for November and December if you had an ACH payment method set up. Your assessment amount will increase to $48 in January, so take this opportunity to stay current by setting up your AMI account for 2025 too. No past-due penalties will be charged this year. This extra time allows us to enter the New Year with up-to-date financial information.
The next phase is migrating all pending Design Review Records. Any that you have submitted will continue to be reviewed. Covenant violations records will also be updated.
Available now, homeowners may make requests, reserve the clubhouse and file a DRC/ARC application directly through the AMI Portal.
These options allow our management company, board members, and homeowners to track requests in real-time. Mobile-friendly, these options have fillable forms. Using the new AMI portal helps us serve you better.
Renting the clubhouse has never been easier! No more trips to the clubhouse in person. Homeowners can access both a community events calendar and an amenity calendar to see if the dates they want are available. Also new – no more checks! Rental charges can go right onto your account and there are more options to pay!
